Application

Complee's CP and KLY series meters are direct acting indicating
analogue electrical measuring instruments. They are mainly used
on the distribution, control panel of power plant and the different
apparatus to measure current, voltage,frequency and power, power
factor, synchroscope, phase sequence and other non-electric values.
The digital meters are applied to measure and display the current,
voltage, frequency,power,power factor in electric power network
and automation control system.

Technical Data and Approved Safety Certificate Standard

Performance of Complee's CP and KLY series meters comply with
IEC60051 and GB/T7676-1998.Dimensions and panel cutout conform to
IEC60473, GB/T1242.KLY square series (48×48,72×72,96×96,
144×144) conform to DIN43700 and DIN61010.
Digital meters are made according to the National Standard
GB/T13978-92.

Certificate

Complee products have passed CE and CB certification regulated by
Holland KEMA and acquired KEMA-KEUR's authentication.Its
marine meters gained Certificate of Type Approval from China
Classification Society, while its explosion-proof meters attained
National PCEC Certificate .

Case

Non-combustile ABS plastic material is used for making CP
series'external case,and PPO plastic material is used for CP
series's base; while Non-combustible PC plastic material is used
for making KLY series'external case and base. Both of which
will not suffer deformity under long-term use at 70°C and 120°C
respectively. The highest enclosure code is IP54.

Temperature Range of Operation

All panel meters can operate trouble-free at room temperatures
ranging from -20°C to +40°C.

Temperature Range of Storage

-40°C up to +70°C

Insulation Test

The test voltage is 2kV RMS for 1 minute with the frequency 50Hz.
KLY series(48,72,96,120,144,801,1101) , test voltage is 5KV RMS
for 1minute with the frequency 50Hz.
All requirements conform to IEC61010-1.

Temperature Influence

The reference temperature is 23°C±2°C. Unless otherwise specified,
the range of temperature influence is 13°C~23°C and 23°C~33°C.
Within this range the meter deflection may change within the
indicated class.

Installation Angle

Unless otherwise specified, the calibration of a standard meter is
conducted at vertical position. Other installation position can
be customized(please specify the desired angle). The accuracy
class is just valid for the corresponding installation mode.

Resistance to Vibration and Shock

Resistance to vibration, conform to IEC60068-2-6.
Sweep frequency range:2Hz-13.2Hz; Wave amplitude: ±1.0mm
Sweep frequency range:13.2Hz-100Hz; Acceleration amplitude: 7m/s2
Resistance to shock, conform to IEC60068-2-2-27.
The maximum acceleration of shock is 147m/s2

Accuracy Class

Analogue panel meter:AC/DC voltmeter and ammeter is class 1.5
or 2.5, power meter is class 1.5, frequency meter is class 0.5 or 1.0,
maximum demand indicator is class 3.0, and power factor meter is
class 2.5.
Digital meter: digital frequency meter is±(0.1%reading+2digit),
the others are±(0.5%reading+2digit)
